St. Gallen, November 13, 2007 – The Swiss investment company Mountain Super
Angel AG (Open Market Frankfurt, ISIN: CH0033050961, www.super-angel.ch)
announces the indirect acquisition of a 10% stake in TellSell Consulting
GmbH (www.tellsell.de), one of the leading German management consultancies.
In August 2006, TellSell Consulting was awarded the best management
consultancy in the area of business development, marketing and sales by the
German Manager Magazin.

'TellSell entirely meets our investment concept', informs Daniel S. Wenzel,
Executive Member of the board of directors of Mountain Super Angel AG. In
the long term both partners will benefit from that cooperation. 'We are
highly pleased about the investment in this profitable company because
TellSell is at eye level with the large strategic management consultancies
and is solely mandated by blue chip corporations. We are going to support
TellSell to grow in the private equity segment and to demonstrate their
taskforce abilities regarding company restructuring.' At the same time,
Frank Baumgärtner and Philipp Wehner, founders and partners of TellSell,
are pleased and state 'The Mountain Group and its network perfectly fit the

TellSell Consulting currently employs a team of 30 consultants in their
offices in Frankfurt and Zug, Switzerland. To acquire the stake, Mountain
Super Angel AG bought 10% of the Swiss based holding company BSW AG from
Zug, which holds 100% of TellSell Consulting.
In addition Mountain Super Angel AG holds the option to acquire another 10%
in BSW AG on equal conditions over the next 24 months.
